Cashback is available only on courses explicitly listed as Cashback Partner courses.
Not all courses on Course Karma qualify.
Partner eligibility may change at any time based on agreements with providers.
Cashback applies only to new registrations made after joining the Program. The following are not eligible:
Registrations made before Program enrollment
Previously purchased courses
Deposits or partial payments made before Program activation
Registrations completed without the approved Course Karma pathway
Registrations transferred from a non eligible course, date or format
To qualify for cashback, users must contact Course Karma before registering for a course.
Course Karma will confirm eligibility and provide an approved registration link or code.
Only registrations completed using the approved link or code qualify for cashback.
Registrations completed without prior contact or without the approved method are not eligible.
Cashback is issued only after the course provider confirms that the registration was attributed to Course Karma.
If attribution is not confirmed for any reason, cashback cannot be paid.
The following actions void cashback eligibility:
Asking a provider to manually tag or attribute a registration to Course Karma after purchase
Negotiating private discounts, alternate pricing or payment paths that bypass Course Karma
Registering directly with a provider and requesting retroactive credit
Only tracked and verified registrations are eligible.
If tracking fails or the provider cannot confirm the registration for any reason, cashback cannot be issued.
Online courses: up to 7 percent cashback
In person courses: up to 3 percent cashback
Actual rates vary by provider and are determined by Course Karma based on partner agreements.
Cashback is calculated on pre tax tuition actually paid by the user.
Taxes, fees, materials, travel, add ons and non tuition charges are excluded.
The following may be excluded from cashback eligibility at Course Karma's discretion:

If there is a conflict between promotions, Course Karma will determine which, if any, apply.
